» Class Information

This two-day class is designed to provide hands-on experience with ESRI's desktop mapping software ArcGIS 9.1. The class also provides a general overview of GIS concepts. Class time will be split evenly between lectures and topic discussion and hands-on exercises using West Virginia and regional datasets. Many of the examples and exercises will be tailored specifically to the needs of the students who will be using ArcGIS at their workplace with their own data.
